Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of coconut
  • 3 cups of oatmeal
  • 6 tbls of coco
  • 1 tsp of salt and vanilla
     
    In a large cooking pot, bring the first three ingredients to a boil for five to seven minutes (sugar, milk, butter),
    then add the coconut, oatmeal, coco, salt, and vanilla.
    Once all is mixed well, with a spoon drop each cookie onto a cookie sheet

Refrigerate until hard.
 
Tip: You can freeze these for up to one month.
