Ingredients: 

  • 15 wings
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 tbls of cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup of soya sauce
  • 1/3 cup of vinegar or lemon juice
     
    Preheat of to 400F. Bake your chicken 30 minutes, turning once.
    Mix all ingredients in a medium sauce pot, stir constantly until
    it thickens at high temperature.
    Pour the sauce over the chicken evenly. Bake for another 40 minutes until
    richly glazed.
     
    If you want to use chicken thighs or legs, cook the chicken for 45 minutes before adding sauce.
    Then bake for another 25 minutes. Or until done.
     
    You can have this dish with a side of veggies! Enjoy!
